Natural Movement, Unconventional Fitness, and Inexpensive Home Gym Essentials | Ben Reuter

The human body is built to move in all kinds of different ways, through many planes. Modern training, however, ignores all but front-to-back and sometimes side-to-side movement.
For maximum resilience, and to thrive anywhere, add natural movements that train all planes. These are the fundamentals that help you transfer your fitness work into everyday life.
